| Krista Clive-Smith (formerly Krista Green) is a recognized expert in the fields of Branding, Organizing/Productivity and Business-- the marriage of which creates simplicity and systems... with style. She is seen regularly on the platform speaking at conferences and corporate events, as well as providing training and management consulting for business owners and high performance brands in the U.S. and Canada.
Named to the Top 40 Under 40 list of outstanding young business professionals, she is the author of the book "Get Noticed. Be Remembered: Creating a Personal Brand Strategy for Success" and the 4-Disc Audio Series "How to Brand, Sell, Market and Grow Your Business." Her first company, Organized for Life, went on to become the first Professional Organizing franchise system worldwide - and the first employer in the industry in Canada - with three locations in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. Born and raised in Canada, Krista now lives in San Diego, California with the love of her life - her husband Ryan. |

I have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and am forever dreaming of businesses to start and ways to make existing ones that much better. My Philosophy

The heart of my systems (regardless of the topic a client chooses on the surface) can be distilled into two concepts: Leverage and Flow.
By my own definition, Leverage is optimizing and taking full advantage of your space, time, information and technology to achieve the highest return for the least amount of effort. Flow is the optimal high performance state, as proposed by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, in which a person in an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and success in the process of the activity.
The combination of these two principles creates my singular focus in business: to improve personal and professional performance while helping clients maximize their human or corporate potential, and deliver it in a unique & authentic signature brand.
In a nutshell: it's about Business - and Life - Mastery.

Ashley Bunting
Ashley was my first hire when I moved to Vancouver in 2005, and she has grown into such an integral part of my business - and life (she's the sister I never had) - in her role as our superstar VP Everything. I'm eternally indebted to her, and she is the absolute Queen of all things operational. While she works heavily on our technology and product development, you are more likely to spot her reaching out to new speaking clients and offering you the best customer service possible!

Katherine Blaney
Katherine was also an early hire in Vancouver, starting in a position on the Organized for Life hands-on organizing team. Her incredible needs anticipation skills and attention to detail quickly became something I couldn't live without, however, and she moved into the role of my in-person Executive & Personal Assistant while still in Vancouver. Upon my move to San Diego in 2008, she transitioned into a virtual role as my Life Co-Ordinator, and now travels the globe herself while rockin' it out processing and answering emails on my behalf, booking my calendar, and handling all things administrative.
